Fraud Awareness

Note: No one from CreditCompare or any of our financial lenders will ever reach out to you asking you to send money or buy any products before receiving your loan.

We at CreditCompare will do anything and take utmost care to help protect you against fraud. We want every individual who has applied for the loan to feel safe and secure although browsing our website and while applying for a loan from us.

We take the safety and security of our customers as extremely important and ensure that everyone is protected while using services on our website.

We understand that fraud can sometimes be hard to recognise. Some fraudsters will even take the benefit of actual and genuine companies and pose as imposters. These fraudsters or imposters will then make cold calls to their victims, promise them loans and tell them they would give them financial stability. They will then request the victim to claim their cash or encourage them to use various voucher schemes and promise that a loan will certainly follow. Sometimes, they can state that they are from CreditCompare and ask the victim to call another number to process the loan further. When the victim calls, they are kept on the line for around 15 minutes and then tell them they will call back later. The victim gets charged for the duration of the call at £2.50- £3.00 per minute. They never call back, and there will be no loan amount disbursed. Please note that no one from CreditCompare will ever call you to offer a loan directly. If you get any such calls and ask you to call another number to process the loan, please don't call them and instead ask them to call you back. If you did not receive any call back from them, they might be not a genuine company. Please be aware of these types of scams, and if you think you have been the victim of such frauds, please check out the steps mentioned below to resolve such matters.
